The 113 K-8 Students are distributed in two levels, as indicated above.
K: 14, 1st grade: 14, 2nd grade: 11, 3rd grade: 17, 4th grade: 11, 5th grade: 13,
6th grade: 13, 7th grade: 9, 8th grade: 11
Unfortunately, we see the trend of losing not only students but staff
members as well and next school year we are losing 50% of teachers
because of the lack of support from administration at Cincinnati Public
Schools as well as budget cuts. Could you help us with ideas of finding
grants or any other resources to support our Russian Language Program?
We would appreciate it greatly.

Comment
I like the new textbook and the multimedia approach to the exercises which requires a lot of student interaction both orally and with the written practice. I can tell Jerry Ervin has had his hand in this series which is excellent from a pedagogical perspective. He was GREAT for us teachers in Ohio in the "old" days from the Slavic Center at OSU. |
