Comment
I attribute the success of our
Russian program to the Introduction to
World Languages course offered at the 6th
grade level in our school. The students
try Spanish, French, Russian and German
each for 9 weeks and then decide which
language they would like to persue in the
7th & 8th grades. Presently, our 7th
graders meet every other day (90 days
total) and the 8th graders meet daily. The
majority of my students move on to Level II
at the high school.
