Comment
This past school year I have also taught Russian at Edgelea Elementary to 1st, 2nd and 5th graders. We rotate students every nine weeks; we have four grading periods. So for the whole year I see over 500 hundred students at the junior high level. At Edgelea, I work with only the gifted students, which is over 50 students. But we do not only Russian, but Japanese, French, Spanish, Hawaiian, Italian, Swedish, and Arabic. In fact, this month we’re studying Greek and Vietnamese. And they also study Chinese with a visiting teacher from China.
