Due to a large Russian-speaking population in my community, most of my Russian classes have some native and heritage speakers with widely ranging abilities in terms of speaking, writing and reading. Not included in my tally are 12 students who take Russian for Native Speakers. This is a minor course that meets 2 times per week

Had good success this year in raising 1st year enrollments
by sending letter to all new admits with quotes from: US Ambassador
to Russia, Director of NFLC, alums, and current students concerning
