These are different views of the same function.  The underlying f(z) has one attracting fixed point corresponding to the lilac color, and an attracting fixed point cycle of order 37 corresponding to the red-orange-yellow-green colors surrounding the disk in the image on the right.  A careful count will show 37 branches off that disk.
