116 total students (ages 7-18)
for the summer 2003. Levels at all ages
vary from novice to heritage speakers. The
program is residential, and students stay
for one, two or four weeks. The four-week
high school program is approximately equal
to one year of high school study.

We mainly work with heritage speakers of Russian: majority of students come from Russian-speaking families. A limited number of students study Russian as a foreign language. Russian is offered for 1 class (45 min) every day. Music is taught both in English and in Russian. In addition, Russian Studies curriculum is implemented in English through Social Studies and
