RUS 301, RUS 302 & RUS 303: Intensive Third-Year Russian (4 credits each)

The third-year Russian course is designed to improve the speaking, reading, and writing skills of students who have completed two years of college Russian. The course works on developing students' proficiency to the ACTFL Intermediate Mid to High levels.  The course uses a variety of supplementary reading and listening texts in addition to Rosengrant and Lifschitz, Focus on Russian (2nd ed.)

Central Eurasian Studies Summer Institute (CESSI)

The deadline to apply for admission and the fee remission scholarship is April 1, 2017.


New for 2017! CESSI will provide 10 Title VIII Fellowships to graduate students, researchers, and professionals who are U.S. citizens. Fellowships will cover tuition and fees, as well as provide a stipend of $2,500 to cover living expenses for the summer.
